To enter:
The Car Exhibit and Fall Fiesta will be held on Palm Avenue between Hawk Avenue and 2nd Street Tito Huerta Park from 4:00pm to midnight. This year the Car Show, Parade and Fiesta will be held in the afternoon and under the lights at night. We anticipate a large crowd due to the parade ending at the car show location.
We encourage all cars to ride through the parade prior to setting up at the end of the parade. This year the parade starts on the corner of Heber and Hawk Avenues and end just past the car show area. After driving through the parade, you can park and set up on Palm Avenue. There will be maps and Proyecto Heber will assist with car locations.

Event Details:
- There is no electricity available at the site - Participants must provide their own electrical power. Generators and propane heaters are permitted for heating purposed but will be used as the discretion and responsibility of the Participant using them.
- There will be some decorative lights on Palm Avenue during the fiesta. Additional lighting can be brought to the car show and used at each booth.
- No equipment will be provided –Participants must provide their own equipment (lights, tables, chairs etc.)
- Participants are responsible for all costs, labor, materials, equipment, tenting, supplies and any other items necessary for participation in the event.
- We encourage you to decorate your car space! Be creative!
- No outside entertainment within spaces (Bands, Karaoke, Singers, Radio, etc.)
- Heber Public Utility District & Proyecto Heber reserves the right to assign car spaces and will do our best to meet any special needs or requirements.
Set-up:
- Car/Bike Setup begins at 3:00 PM – vehicles/bikes may be brought into the event space during setup by driving in from the north via Correll Road onto Palm Avenue. There will be security at that entrance, but they will let in cars for the show.
- Car/Bike space must be cleared shortly after midnight – vehicles/bikes must be ready by this time.
- Car Show begins at 4:00 PM. Awards are planned to be presented between 7pm and 8pm.
- Tear Down can begin any time after 8pm and must be completed shortly after midnight. – vehicles/bikes may be brought into the event space after 2pm and only when safe. Participants will be responsible for cleanup within their assigned space and will be expected to do so within a timely manner.
